The receiving responsibility includes receiving inbound shipments, processing the transactions in the MRP system and delivering packages to the appropriate location. The shipping responsibility includes packing outbound shipments and preparing shipment paperwork. The stockroom responsibility includes processing inventory transactions and physically moving material to production locations.
Operators in these areas must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, have a valid driver’s license, ability to use a computer, operate a forklift, and stand/walk for long periods of time.
