We are looking for a strong mass recruitment manager to lead team of mass recruiters to support our operation team growth across collection, sales and call center team.
- Build strategy to execute mass recruitment of operation team across sales, call center and operation team
- Review applicants.
- Conducting interviews
- Conduct reference check
- Prepare a proposal for the job offering to the employment contract
- Prepare a hiring report, vacancies, assessments, talent bank, and recruitment productivity
- Present regular meetings with division heads on the manning level vs hiring needs
- Build relationships with head hunter and/or recruitment partners
- Liaise with Learning Development on the onboarding and employer branding experience
- Has a minimum of 5 years of solid experience in financial services operation, sales or call center in a managerial role
- Has strong sourcing skills with a broad network and hands-on with posting jobs on social media, job boards and or agency
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting up to the onboarding with effective hiring strategy, employer branding techniques, and improving candidates experience
- Is comfortable working with targets, ahead with the hiring trend, and experience in mass recruitment is a plus
- Is well versed with hiring system & applications
- Is well versed with the compensation benefits system, structure, and analysis
- Proficient in a variety of different selection methods (Executive assessment, psychological test, interview, life test)
- Diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, or a relevant field. A Bachelor's degree is desirable
