Monitor customer behaviour, track purchase patterns, and analyse customer feedback to identify trends and insights.
- Assist in the design and execution of marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation and data analysis.

Gain a deep knowledge of our VIP cohort to devise retention strategies and optimising spend.

Assist in the development of Personalisation strategies to optimise customer experiences.
- Conduct A/B testing for various marketing campaigns to optimize customer response rates.
- Build, distribution and maintenance of reports and dashboards.
What YOU’LL NEED TO THRIVE
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in Retail preferred; department store ideal.
- Proven experience in SQL querying using Snowflake to build complex audiences.
