A MarTech Specialist with hands-on experience in marketing software. You will be the subject matter expert for all things MarTech, using your expertise to create value, solve problems and improve processes.

Building and maintaining the CRM infrastructure
Ensuring the business needs are met by the technology solutions
Maximising the use of CRM data and software to improve the user experience
Analysing and optimising workflows and creating best-practice recommendations
Overseeing CRM data governance
Troubleshooting software issues and user errors to ensure things are working
