Marketplace Team is responsible for leading the initiatives to identify the opportunities for expanding selection that our Customers want, help business teams identify growth opportunities based on technology and data-driven processes. In the end, we are all working towards the same goal: to create an excellent experience for our customers at Trendyol.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities
- At least 5 years of experience in training content development especially in planning content structure and delivering zoom webinars, video recordings
- Excellent presentation and webinar moderation skills
- Project management experience
- Passionate with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Experience of delivering training in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English
- Customer-driven and analytical mindset with a desire and ability to identify sellers' training needs
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and coordinate different parties of the projects and deliver fast, business-focused output of excellent quality
- Open minded, innovative conceptual thinking ability, self-managed, able to process abstract concepts and convert to training
- Analytical thinker, result-oriented, high achiever, strategic thinker, good team player, high sense of responsibility, proactive and a practical thinker
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Conduct training gap analysis and identify training content needs for Trendyol sellers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify critical training needs and learn processes
- Apply best fit learning principles to create and deliver training materials in various formats such as presentations, self video recordings, webinars, podcasts etc.

Create new content ideas that are strategic, purposeful, engaging and interesting by looking at data insights & user trends
- Discover sellers by analyzing reports to reveal seller stories, case studies
- Support in the seamless execution of webinars, seller success videos and other content-driven initiatives
- Organize seller shoots, rehearse with sellers before the event
- Manage seller training development projects
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of training contents, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements accordingly
- Stay up to date with industry trends incorporating relevant improvements into the processes
