The challenge
We are looking for someone who wants to make the Dutch marketplace at Temper an even bigger success. Like any marketplace, our business balances supply and demand. At Temper, this means offering the best shifts from a wide range of companies to FreeFlexers. In all cases, the platform does the heavy lifting. However, there are cases where the marketplace needs a bit of support. This is where the Marketplace Success Team comes in.
What you will be doing
Identify where the marketplace has the biggest challenge using data.
Determine what is the best way to conquer this challenge.
Use a wide range of marketing and sales tools to solve these challenges.
Work both on short-term and long-term initiatives to improve the marketplace health.
The team
The Marketplace Success team consists of 5 people divided over 3 countries - the Netherlands, France, and the United Kingdom. We share our learnings and experiences continuously and meet in person a few times a year in Paris, London, or Amsterdam.
As this role is focused on the Dutch market, you will join our Amsterdam headquarters and report to the Marketplace Success Lead.
