About the Role:
As our Marketplace Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our products thrive on various eCommerce platforms. From optimizing listings to analyzing performance metrics, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to execute strategies that boost visibility, sales, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Strategy Development: Create and implement data-driven strategies to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales on marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and others.
✅ Performance Monitoring: Track marketplace performance metrics (e.g., sales, conversion rates, customer reviews) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
✅ Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, coordinating with logistics to ensure accurate stock availability and timely order fulfillment.
✅ Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and customer behavior to inform strategies and stay ahead of marketplace trends.
✅ Campaign Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns tailored to specific marketplaces.
✅ Customer Experience: Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and positive reviews.
✅ Platform Compliance: Ensure all product listings and practices comply with marketplace guidelines and policies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
🎯 Proven experience in managing eCommerce marketplaces, such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or Shopify.
🎯 Proficiency in tools and platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, or similar marketplace optimization software.
🎯 Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including PPC campaigns and SEO for marketplace listings.
🎯 Familiarity with major online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) and their processes.
