The Role
We are looking for a passionate Team Assistant to join a talented EU Marketing team.
What You'll Do
- Support the European Marketing team on general administration tasks
- Manage the process for 2x weekly emails to sales
- Manage weekly and monthly team meetings
- Diary management for planning calls
- Budget management
- Updating the EU Company Overview
- Liaising with external agencies
- Supporting both small and large events and Veeva Summits for both EU and NA
- Assisting in recruiting when required
- Inventory management
Requirements
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment!
- Team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership
- Strong attention to detail
- Experienced with MS Office & Google Suite
- Native-level English
- Experience with Coupa or other expense management software
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Marketo
