Third-Party Program Management (50%)
- Manage and optimize third-party partnerships to meet partnership targets.
- Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential new third-party programs and vendors that align with business goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize ROI from external vendor programs.
- Oversee budgets allocated to third-party programs, ensuring alignment with expected ROI and overall marketing budget constraints.
- Create a standardized process for evaluating third-party partnerships based on performance, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Regularly analyze performance metrics, communicate insights to stakeholders, and adjust third-party initiatives as necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and external partners to drive program success.
Sales and Marketing Support (50%)
- Develop and manage lead generation activities and projects to drive demand and achieve individual regional and global growth targets.
- Oversee the collection and handling of leads from multiple sources, including email, web requests, and calls.
- Support the creation of target account lists and manage content updates for external sites.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and up-to-date data on prospects, partners, influencers, and customers.
- Provide key insights through reporting, identifying trends and performance gaps.
- Become a CRM superuser and collaborate on CRM projects to optimize processes and ensure efficient lead management.
- Direct ad-hock projects and reporting as needed.
- Bachelor's in marketing, sales operations, business administration, or equivalent job-related experience
- 2-3 years of proven software marketing or project management experience in a high-tech environment.
- Experience in sales operations or sales support is highly beneficial.
- Skilled in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with special emphasis on exceptional Excel skills.
- Skilled in using a CRM or contact management application.
- Possession of critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to continually reset priorities and be flexible to rapidly changing market demands/conditions.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
- Ability to travel as needed; limited travel is necessary for this role.
