This leading brand in the cannabis industry is dedicated to offering high-quality, locally sourced products. With a combined 76 years of cannabis experience, the team is passionate about helping others and giving back to the communities they serve. Key Responsibilities:
One-Time Tasks:
- Revamp the company website to achieve a modern, sleek, and professional look, optimizing it for SEO.
Weekly Tasks:
- Design and send out weekly marketing emails to customers.
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), creating engaging posts, interacting with followers, and enhancing the company's social media presence.
- Manage Google listings, engage with customers, and optimize local SEO to boost the dispensary's visibility.
Ad Hoc Tasks:
- Design pamphlets or marketing materials as needed for events.
- Analyze company data (pricing, sales, products, etc.) and suggest areas for improvement.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead in the market.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing, social media management, or web design.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with website development and SEO optimization (experience in Wix, WordPress, and Duda preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in creating high-end looking websites that are modern, sleek, professional, and sophisticated.
- Knowledge of local SEO practices and customer engagement strategies.
