Supervising the daily operations of single-function section-level teams.
Executing product launch program.
Developing marketing tools.
Gathering market information.
Assisting sales activities, customer interviews.
Assisting product development, testing schedule arrangement, trial arrangement.
Planning, executing and benefit evaluating various marketing campaigns.
Product plans.
Follow-up for project development, including early stage market research, research and development, function improvement, and market promotion.
Daily supervision of personnel.
Assisting subordinate training and development.
Subordinate performance evaluation and feedback.

Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
Minimum 5 years of practical marketing experience
Web content management experience is needed
Technical marketing skills, especially design (Adobe Creative Software) and digital marketing
Advanced knowledge on MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Detail and results oriented
Skilled at both planning and managing the execution
Excellent command of English is required. Any additional European language is a plus
