The Marketing Specialist role will be responsible for the delivery of creative assets against Deliveroo campaigns and media plans. You will design CRM creative assets (including in-app banners, pop ups, emails) social media content (posts and stories), motion graphics & animated content (for digital and social use), creative adaptations of campaigns, and own copy-writing for campaign content with Arabic translation. The role will report to the Kuwait Senior Marketing Manager and be based in our Kuwait office where we are operating on a hybrid model where you will come into the office at least 4 days a week.
Main Responsibilities:
Design artworks for both static & motion graphics to support in-app restaurant campaigns, social media, and digital projects
Facilitate in localisation of global campaign artworks by adapting global toolkits based on KW market needs
Work with the social media team on the creative development of in-house social media content
Develop branding designs for events and campaigns that follow brand guidelines
Take ownership of English and Arabic copywriting
Requirements:
At least 3 years experience in a marketing/graphic design role
Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English are essential
High affinity for the food sector, an understanding of customer segmentation, and insight into current food trends
Knowledge of the fundamentals of design and experience in designing artworks
Knowledge and capability to produce motion and animated content
Knowledge of Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.)
Photography experience is a bonus
