Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that promotes our products and services, increases brand awareness, and supports our business objectives.
- Collaborate with various teams to coordinate product development and launch, promotional activities, and sales initiatives.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Oversee the management of marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and positive return on investment.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, and adjust strategies based on the results and feedback.
- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and vendor partners.

Requirements
