WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As a Marketing Specialist/Digital Advertising Specialist you will focus on managing and optimizing employment ad campaigns across social media platforms and Google. You should have a strong understanding of digital advertising, a creative mindset for crafting compelling campaigns, and the ability to analyze performance data to ensure optimal results. While much of the media will be provided by clients, the successful candidate will be responsible for executing and refining the campaigns to drive success. Your role is integral to maintaining operational excellence and driving impactful marketing results

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Create, manage, and optimize employment advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Ensure campaigns align with the client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor day-to-day performance of ad campaigns, adjusting targeting, bidding, and content as necessary to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and utilize provided media assets effectively.
  • Develop engaging ad copy and headlines when needed to enhance campaign performance.
  • Leverage data analytics to assess the performance of campaigns and provide performance reports with actionable insights. Use this data to support decision-making within the marketing team and to align marketing activities with broader revenue objectives.
  • Perform research, analyses, and testing with a variety of tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize automation and lead-nurturing processes through email, content, events, and social channels.
  • Assist in the execution of marketing plans to reach audiences through targeted channels.
  • Liaise with all stakeholders to guarantee adequate planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaign activities.
  • Stay up to date with digital advertising, market and online trends relevant to the brand to ensure campaigns and promotions are relevant within each market.
  • Maintain awareness of best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to campaign performance or technical execution.

YOU HAVE…

  • 3+ years of marketing specialist experience with proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns on social media and Google Ads
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or a similar relevant field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
  • Basic creative skills for crafting ad copy and headlines; design experience is a plus but not required
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational  and time management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of traditional and digital marketing and market research methods
  • Applicable knowledge of marketing data analytics and tools
  • Good project management skills and experience with project management tools would be a plus
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
