Our marketing department is seeking a talented and ambitious Demand Generation Specialist to join our global team. This role’s core responsibility is providing tactical support for everyday marketing workstreams.

You’ll master a variety of tools and channels to support global marketing campaigns across our healthcare & life sciences, automotive, and technology industries.

You’ll join a global, agile marketing team consisting of talented, friendly team players with skillsets across marketing strategy, operations, content, design, advertising, media, field, events, social, PR, brand, communications, and more.

The ideal candidate is an ambitious, intellectually curious marketer with the ability to wear multiple hats and the desire to learn about how the broader marketing machine works. This person will be encouraged to share ideas, speak up, and contribute to a culture of collaboration and teamwork.

As a marketing generalist, you’ll have invaluable exposure to all facets of the marketing machine as well as access to experts and senior leaders throughout Endava that contribute to our marketing efforts. You’ll have the opportunity to grow and learn a tremendous amount in record time.

Responsibilities

  • Build, test, launch, maintain, and report on digital marketing campaigns
  • Publish content to Endava website; blogs, whitepapers, videos, landing pages, etc.
  • Utilize and organize campaign components; marketing lists, forms, templates, asset libraries, etc.
  • Support daily workflows and ad-hoc requests for data, reports, insights, and research
  • Execute social media and paid advertising campaigns
  • Contribute to the execution and logistics of live and virtual events
  • Execute email marketing campaigns, nurtures, and automations
  • Maintain the marketing activity calendar

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of professional marketing experience
  • Experience with martech, specifically a CMS, MAP, and CRM; HubSpot is a big plus
  • Experience with project management tools; Asana, Trello, or Jira are a plus
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing strategy, concepts, and best practices
  • Effective time management skills, especially when working across time zones
  • Thrives working alone and in team settings; doesn’t require micromanagement
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Active listening skills and the confidence to ask questions
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Strong ability to work autonomously and self-motivate
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail and organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience

  • Natural leadership qualities and ability to question the status quo
  • Know when to make empowered decisions and when to ask for help
  • Ability to edit or create content for social media
  • Experience at a B2B tech consultancy
  • Google/LinkedIn ads/analytics familiarity
  • Experience with SEO/SEM tools or campaigns
  • Video editing experience
  • HTML/CSS or Markdown familiarity
