The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing a wide range of marketing activities to support the company’s business development, branding, and engagement efforts. This role will focus on content creation, social media management, event coordination, and marketing campaign execution, with a strong emphasis on ensuring brand consistency and enhancing the company’s digital presence. This position is ideal for a creative self-starter who enjoys managing multiple projects, has strong organizational skills, and can work in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Education:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required.

 

Experience:

  • 1-year minimum experience implementing marketing strategies

 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on performance metrics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for executing a wide range of marketing activities to support the company’s business development, branding, and engagement efforts
  • Strong focus on content creation, social media management, event coordination, apparel orders, and marketing campaign execution, with a strong emphasis on ensuring brand consistency and enhancing the company’s digital presence
  • Creative self-starter who enjoys managing multiple projects, has strong organizational skills, and can work in a fast-paced environment
  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) to support ongoing campaigns and promotions
  • Analyze metrics, track performance, and report outcomes to measure success and optimize future efforts
  • Content Creation: Design graphics, write copy, and produce creative assets for marketing materials, including social media, email campaigns, blog posts, and event promotions
  • Event Facilitation & Support: Assist with the coordination of marketing efforts related to Chief employee events, including the planning, coordinating, and executing of events.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Support the execution of targeted marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and paid advertisements
  • Internal and External Communication: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging and support outreach initiatives
  • Assist in drafting and distributing communications to internal and external audiences
  • Keeps promotional materials ready & develops/update existing literature and promotional items.
  • Optimize Website exposure by collecting and analyzing Web metrics, such as visits, time on site, page views per visit, transaction volume and revenue, traffic mix, click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, search engine patterns to direct online placement of keywords, or cost per click.
  • Collaborate with other marketing staff to integrate and complement marketing strategies across multiple departments and divisions.
