Overview
Our client is a distinguished Hong Kong-based cryptocurrency company with operations in Dubai and Kuala Lumpur. Their Kuala Lumpur office is currently seeking an experienced Marketing/Social Media Manager to elevate and strengthen the organization's digital presence across social media platforms.
What You Will Do
- Run the social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Medium, ) day-to-day
- Draft and schedule content two weeks ahead
- Create and share compelling content about industry news, company updates, products, and tech insights
- Stay on top of industry trends to create timely, relevant content
- Respond quickly to user comments and questions
- Build and follow a social media strategy that fits our marketing goals
- Run online events like livestreams, Q&As, and contests
- Work with other teams to make events successful and track results
- Track social media metrics and suggest improvements
- Keep our brand voice consistent across all platforms
- Watch competitor activity to find opportunities
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within a similar industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
