The Marketing Services role purpose is to utilise Visa marketing & communications assets and brand, to develop co-marketing programs with Issuers, Acquires and Merchants, delivering measurable and mutually beneficial business outcomes.
Marketing Services is a relatively new area for Visa in Central Europe and is an exciting and high-profile area to work in with the opportunity to make an impact working alongside the Account Execs for Issuers, Acquirers and Merchants.
The role will be based in Frankfurt and work directly with key Issuers, Acquirers and Merchants in Germany to identify mutual business opportunities, develop and implement marketing programs and measure results.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
• Experience working in a client facing position in marketing, ideally within payment industry
• Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience
• Proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships and experience in development of marketing concepts.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence multiple stakeholders internally (matrix, global organization)
and externally (Clients).
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
• Experienced with engaging and presenting with impact to senior decision makers
• Advertising and media agency management skills.
• Solid digital marketing experience incl. working Data and Insights
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good understanding of Visa and the payments eco-system is a plus
• Fluent in German and English
