·      Sitting under the sourcing umbrella, you will ensure timely delivery of marketing samples for various campaigns, managing schedules and production deadlines effectively.

·      You shall liaise between merchandising , marketing, and external vendors to procure and produce high-quality samples that meet our brand standards.

·      You will be responsible for issuing marketing sample purchase orders to our vendors and managing the production of the goods.

·      You will be responsible for tracking the shipment and receiving of all samples into the system; making sure samples arrive in perfect condition and on schedule.

·      You will be expected to conduct thorough quantity and quality checks on all received samples, providing detailed feedback to suppliers when necessary to meet our quality expectations.

·      You shall prepare comprehensive reports on sample production status, including any challenges faced and solutions implemented, to keep stakeholders informed.

·      You will facilitate communication across departments to ensure alignment on sample requirements, timelines, and objectives for each marketing initiative.

·      We expect you to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in production techniques to continuously improve the efficiency and quality of our marketing samples.

·      You will be responsible for reviewing quality inspections of PSS and Gifting goods to ensure that goods are to SKIMS quality.

 

 

 

·      You must be adept at coordinating and tracking the production of marketing samples from inception through delivery, ensuring alignment with project timelines.

·      You should possess a strong attention to detail to effectively communicate requirements and modifications to both internal teams and external suppliers.

·      We expect you to have excellent organizational skills that enable you to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality or deadlines.

·      You are required to maintain detailed records of all sample production activities, including invoices, shipping documents, and inventory receipts, to ensure transparency and accountability.

·      You will need to demonstrate proficiency in using project management software and tools to streamline the coordination process and enhance team collaboration.

·      It is important for you to engage actively with the marketing team to understand their needs and provide guidance on how best to realize their vision within budgetary constraints.

·      You should have a keen eye for detail to oversee the quality control of marketing samples, identifying any discrepancies or defects before they reach the final recipients.

·      We rely on your ability to foster strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating costs and timelines to adhere to budget guidelines while maintaining high standards.
