Marketing Sales Analyst / Campaign Manager

The Campaign Manager plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to advertising clients. Working closely with the Client Solutions Manager, this role focuses on processing client campaigns, managing data, and maintaining adherence to policies and processes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in validating available inventory and campaign materials.
  • Help track campaign processing requests and ensure they are executed on time.
  • Assist in drafting, checking, and organizing business-related documents such as Purchase Orders and Campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and processes, especially in accounting and finance areas.
  • Utilize Excel skills to assist in analyzing campaign data and generating insights.
  • Support the creation of reports and basic dashboards for sales tracking.
  • Help identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Client Solutions team and other departments to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Address basic campaign and system-related inquiries through system chat.
  • Provide basic support to address online inquiries from clients.
  • Collaborate with senior team members when necessary to provide comprehensive client support.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Student or graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Experience in roles related to Operations, Data Analysis, Digital Media, or Finance is ideal.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel 
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or Data Studio is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM and workflow tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of the agency environment is a plus.
  • Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure .
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to process improvements is encouraged.
