We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making processes across our marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to provide actionable insights that optimize our marketing strategies and improve overall performance.
You will also:
- Collect, organize, and analyze marketing data from various sources, including digital analytics platforms, Salesforce, Hubspot, Grow.com and other data repositories.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition, retention, and engagement against marketing goals
- Generate regular reports to monitor & report to leadership on marketing data like conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition costs
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in marketing data to uncover insights and opportunities for optimization.
- Analyze data trends and patterns to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in marketing strategies and tactics.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner, using data visualization techniques to facilitate understanding and action.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to understand business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to evaluate the impact of marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- Perform segmentation analysis to identify target audiences and personalize marketing efforts.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. OR equivalent professional experience
- Five or more (5+) years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in a marketing or digital analytics role.

Salesforce experience is must.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality in data analysis.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Preferred (but not required):
- Prior experience in marketing attribution modeling, customer segmentation, and predictive analytics
- Familiarity with marketing technologies such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and digital advertising platforms is desirable.
