Job Overview:
As a Marketing Promotion Specialist, you will be a key player in the rapidly growing global marketing team as we take more of our portfolio into new markets. You will handle the development of international marketing projects, responsible for the pre-registration of each title, post-release, and promotions to make our platform even more popular.
The role
- Pre-registration promotion: promotion planning, press release distribution, operation of various web advertisements (SNS, affiliate, etc.)
- Post-release: planning and execution of promotions linked to in-game events, working directly on IP projects with Japanese anime and manga publishers
- Responsible for general promotion work such as YouTube management and planning of goods as giveaways at events.
- Manage of display and listing ads and analyze ads serving and distribution data
- Confirmation of each KPI, improvement of measures, etc.
- Various other game marketing-related project tasks, depending on skill set and preferences

Requirements
- Japanese : Professional Proficiency (JLPT N1 or equivalent)
- Marketing promotion experience, especially in the video game industry (1 year or more)
- A strong understanding of ad serving and marketing in Taiwan
- Ability to write compelling and creative content in Chinese and Japanese
- Passionate gamer with knowledge of video game terminology and language
- Knowledge of Japanese anime / manga (otaku culture)
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural environment where growth and change are constant
- Flexibility, ability to deal with uncertainty and prioritize tasks
Good to have
- English: Business Level or above
- Web marketing experience (SEM, SEO, advertising operation experience, etc).
- Writing press releases / copywriting experience
- Japan-related experience
