Marketing Project Manager

Rewaa is a fast growing technology company based in Riyadh, we help business owners increase their sales and lower operational cost by using cloud based Inventory and sales management systems. Rewaa is used by over 20k retailers across the MENA region and growing by 30% month over month.


This is an exciting opportunity where you will be responsible for the end-to-end project management of marketing campaigns for Rewaa. You’ll be working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, optimize campaign performance, and contribute to the overall growth and success of Rewaa.


Key accountabilities for this role include:


  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing initiatives, ensuring adherence to deadlines and deliverables.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to define project goals, objectives, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.

  • Campaign Development: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, content, email, social media, and events.

  • Content Strategy: Contribute to the development of content strategies and coordinate content creation and distribution to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • Marketing Analytics: Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization, leveraging data-driven decision-making.

  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate project status, progress, and results to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment.

  • Budget Management: Monitor marketing project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices to inform marketing strategies.

  • Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications, maintaining brand guidelines and standards.

  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
