Role Overview:

The Marketing Project Manager will act as the central hub for all marketing activities, coordinating efforts across the creative, copywriting, and media buying teams. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled in project management within a marketing context.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Oversee all marketing projects, developing project plans, timelines, and budgets. Manage resources to ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
  • Cross-Functional Management: Work closely with remote teams in creative, copywriting, and media buying to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively resolve issues to keep projects moving forward without delays.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate project management processes, suggesting improvements that lead to increased team productivity and reduced project bottlenecks.
  • Communication: Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring they are informed of project progress and any changes in scope.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience: 5-8+ years in project management, preferably in marketing or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com. Familiarity with performance marketing metrics is a plus.
  • Remote Management Skills: Experience managing projects with distributed teams in a remote setting.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrated success in handling multiple projects simultaneously and resolving project risks quickly.
  • Mindset: An organizational wizard who excels at managing timelines and driving projects forward.

KPIs:

  • Percentage of projects delivered on time and within budget.
  • Reduction in project delays.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction with project outcomes.
  • Successful implementation of process improvements.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Daily Stand-Ups: Facilitate brief daily stand-up meetings with project teams to get updates, ensure timelines are on track, and address any issues that arise.
  • Timeline Management: Monitor project tasks using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello). Update schedules as needed and communicate changes to the team.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential project risks or delays and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Weekly Meetings: Host weekly review meetings to assess project progress and adjust plans based on evolving priorities.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Collect feedback from team members on project processes and implement changes to enhance productivity.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, including any changes in scope or timelines.
  • Process Documentation: Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring processes and update them based on team feedback.
  • Budget Tracking: Ensure that project expenses stay within budget. Communicate any concerns about overages early to relevant stakeholders.

Salary Range: €40,000 - €60,000 annually
