Marketing Programme Lead

This Marketing Programme Leader is a member of the global marketing team responsible for the development, activation and management of global marketing efforts across the APAC region. This senior leader will ensure that global marketing programs are aligned with regional objectives and will manage the regionally-based marketing team responsible for driving tactical execution of core global campaigns, as well as prioritised regional go-to-market initiatives.  The ideal candidate has deep expertise in B2B marketing, programme management, and people management skills in a complex, multinational environment. 

Requirements

What You'll Do:

  • Participate into ideation phase of campaign creation to ensure content relevance, alignment with local initiatives and inclusion of regional/market SMEs 
  • Collaborate across the marketing team on strategic planning and tactical programme alignment  
  • Execute global campaigns in a way that is relevant to regional audiences with a focused approach to audience segmentation  
  • Considering market dynamics, cultural considerations and language. 
  • Planning and executing a limited number of regional go-to-market campaigns, collaborating with regional M&P and stakeholders 
  • Mentoring and managing regional team members on tactical execution, measuring success and identifying opportunities for improvement 
  • Raise roadblocks/friction points proactively, and work with the broader marketing team to resolve issues. 

Who You Are:

Skill and experience: 

  • 10+ years Professional Services marketing experience or a similar B2B environment   
  • Act as a senior advisor to leadership on campaign progress, client insights and competitive positioning 
  • Ensure that best practices are implemented by all team members consistently 
  • Experience in both digital and traditional marketing techniques 
  • Ability to define KPIs and analyse data for programme improvement  
  • Content marketing and event management experience 
  • People management experience, preferably involving remote teams 
  • Ability to navigate cultural differences and market nuances effectively 
  • Knowledge and interest in the current business environment, world economics and geopolitics 
  • Excellent written and verbal communications 
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong team player 
  • Bachelor’s degree ideally in marketing or business
