DESCRIPTION:

Working at Replica Analytics (acquired by Aetion in Jan. 2022) is an opportunity to advance healthcare, AI, and privacy simultaneously – three of the hottest topics in the world today. Our marketing function is in need of a new marketing operations expert to support Replica’s leadership position in the market. This individual will own all aspects of our in-flight initiatives and work on creating new initiatives in collaboration with senior leaders at Replica. As a Marketing Program Manager on the Replica team, you will support the Growth team, which sells Replica’s products and services to healthcare and life sciences organizations throughout North America and the EU. You will work closely with senior leaders from Replica’s data science, engineering, and operations team, who are responsible for all aspects of our flagship product, Replica Synthesis, including design, development, deployment, and operation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage changes to our public website (www.replica-analytics.com) to support new product offerings, job postings, and other content
  • In collaboration with Product Management deliver new web content supporting the release of new software and services
  • Deliver weekly marketing status reports to all Replica staff
  • Manage existing relationships with external partners executing Replica’s marketing campaigns and communications
  • Manage and create content for Replica’s external communications, including social media and media relations, as directed
  • Develop, produce, and/or publish marketing materials and tools such as graphics, videos, books, company collateral, and other promotional or educational items, with support from suppliers
  • Implementing ad campaigns and other paid placement, including sponsorships, in collaboration with Replica staff
  • Provide support for media relations activities, such as news releases, articles and op-eds, and interview requests
  • Manage Replica’s internal communication approach, ensuring regular updates are shared via bi-weekly internal newsletter and regular company wide  updates
  • Working with Replica staff produce a monthly e-newsletter for external stakeholders
  • Provide marketing support to other areas of Replica, such as Growth/Sales, as needed
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors in support of various marketing initiatives including on-site Replica run education events

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in technology marketing roles
  • 2+ years experience using social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer
  • 2+ years experience marketing to healthcare and life science technology professionals such as Chief Privacy Officers and Chief Data Officers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to jump between priorities

  • Social media management systems, such as Buffer
  • Website analytics and search engine optimization (SEO) tools, such as Google Analytics 
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Hubspot
  • Corporate social media platforms and tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Vimeo
  • Event planning tools, such as Eventbrite
  • Project management tools, such as Asana
  • Internal communication and collaboration tools, such as Slack
  • E-marketing tools, such as Mailchimp
