Modulate, the prosocial voice technology company, stands at a pivotal point in its trajectory. 

As we chart the path ahead, we are seeking to add a Marketing & Partnerships Ops expert to the marketing team who will serve as the foundation for the marketing and business development team growth.

With your ability to modernize and improve our marketing technology stack, your contributions will be instrumental in accelerating our reach and grasping new opportunities. This role is a key enabler within the revenue generation team, providing essential support for your marketing colleagues and across our business development organization in expanding our influence and achieving our mission of building a safer, more inclusive online experience.

The salary for this position is set to $95,000/year. This position will operate under our hybrid policy with 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) in-office in Somerville, MA.

You will be responsible for:

  • Optimize the marketing tech stack to enable strategic targeting, dynamic demand generation campaigns, performance measurement, tooling, and integrated reporting.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement, improve, and iterate on marketing campaigns, strategies, and initiatives that align with Modulate's mission and values.
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation and lead management processes using HubSpot, ensuring efficient and effective lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation.
  • Utilize HubSpot and other marketing tools to track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve results.
  • Assist with data-informed optimization of marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns.
  • Establish a close relationship with the sales team to ensure all leads and contacts are appropriately reported and maintain clean CRM data hygiene.
  • Provide support to Modulate’s partnerships team by improving processes, managing data, and supporting logistics needs to enable our partners’ success.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing technology and automation to continually enhance Modulate's marketing capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing operations or a similar role, preferably within the technology or gaming industries.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and familiarity with other marketing automation and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive marketing insights and optimizations.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.

Nice to have:

  • Passion for gaming, AI, and online safety
  • Proficiency in Notion
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics
  • Proficient with front-end development and SEO tools such as Webflow, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Semrush
