Telesign is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and talented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our growing Marketing Operations team. You will help maintain and scale our marketing technology stack, support cross functional Marketing and Sales teams, and help with day-to-day Marketo optimization and organization. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide marketing automation (Marketo) support across the organization
  • Day-to-day Marketo management, including email automation, workflow management, data hygiene, reporting, organization, etc.
  • Implement lead nurturing and demand generation campaigns utilizing Marketo, Qualified, and other MarTech tools (includes building forms, tracking links, emails, etc.). Building the components for email and demand campaigns will be a key part of your day-to-day role. Understanding the full workflow will be key.
  • Act as the point-person for emails sent out of Marketo; review and test emails, make necessary edits, ensure all emails are delivered to the appropriate contacts
  • Build and test segmented lists and complex workflows based on audience behaviors like offers downloaded, site pages visited, and emails opened
  • Understand the entire customer journey from awareness, consideration, and decision stages to built lead nurturing campaigns that move leads down the sales funnel.
  • Build campaign reports for further strategic analysis. You will work with the analytics and campaign operations leads to produce reports they can analyze and determine optimization opportunities moving forward.
  • Develop, in many cases, from scratch training internal training materials to help automated systems training for new employees.
  • Assist with project management communications on key initiatives with both marketing and other teams
  • Help generate ad-hoc reports and marketing segments
  • Manage the lead list upload process in Marketo

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in marketing operations as a career path
  • Experience with creating campaigns in Marketo and an understanding of marketing automation concepts
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
  • A knack for helping others with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Creative problem-solving skills. A self-starter who can find online documentation for best practices when an obstacle or challenge arrives.
  • Keen attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
  • Ability to explain processes and justify your preferred approach in an easy-to-understand way
  • Project management expertise that involves multiple teams and stakeholders
