Nimble is looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Marketing Operations Specialist to join our growing Marketing Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our marketing processes, tools, and data management to drive successful campaigns and enhance overall marketing performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing initiatives are executed seamlessly and effectively.

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will:

  • Execute manual and automated programs for outbound communication channels (email, SMS, and push)
  • Monitor and report on engagement metrics (opens, clicks, click-to-open rates) and channel health metrics (opt-outs, bounces)
  • Analyze the performance of communication channels and campaigns across customer segments and lifecycle stages
  • Optimize technical processes for maximum operational efficiency
  • Ensure deliverability of email and SMS
  • Conduct coding and QA in an enterprise-level ESP
  • Establish strong collaborative relationships with Lifecycle Marketing and cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and other key stakeholders

What you bring:

  • 3-5+ years' experience in a Marketing Operations role
  • Track record of building successful multi-channel, multi-touch programs from scratch
  • Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
  • Is analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven
  • Knowledge of Customer Engagement Platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze, Sailthru, Klaviyo, etc.)
  • Experience with third-party analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, Kibana, Elastic, etc.)
  • Preferred: Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Account Engagement
  • Bachelor's degree
