Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Operations Specialist II to optimize the efficiency, performance, and strategic impact of our global B2B marketing organization. This role will support two core focus areas:
In this role, you will play a critical part in enabling operational excellence through two core focus areas:
Marketing Business Operations – Take ownership of budget planning, forecasting, procurement coordination, and marketing planning cycles.
Marketing Performance & Technology Enablement – Optimize marketing technologies, streamline processes, centralize reporting, and ensure our marketing strategy is powered by actionable insights.
This is a highly collaborative role that works across marketing, sales, finance, and business leadership to elevate marketing’s contribution to growth and align strategic planning with business priorities.
Lead the annual marketing planning cycle, including timelines, milestones, and templates.
Manage global marketing budget operations: forecasting, monthly reconciliation, spend allocation, and finance reporting.
Act as the primary liaison for procurement, vendor onboarding, and contract coordination—including PO creation, invoicing, and tracking spend against forecast.
Drive continuous process improvement across marketing workflows and planning.
Ensure operational discipline through standardized processes, documentation, templates, and governance.
Build and deliver executive-level reporting and performance dashboards that quantify marketing’s impact on pipeline, revenue, and engagement.
Lead change management for new tools, data processes, and operational updates—including communication and training for users.
Support marketing technology evaluation and implementation to improve automation, execution, and reporting.
Champion data integrity, policy governance, and analytics-driven decision-making for improved segmentation, personalization, and ROI tracking.
Develop and maintain departmental analytics dashboards for campaign performance.
Research and share internal and external best practices to improve marketing effectiveness and team capabilities.
Collaborate with Marketing SLT and strategy leads to guide the annual planning cycle and set operational milestones.
Partner closely with finance, sales, and procurement to ensure accuracy and alignment of operational workflows.
Support department-wide initiatives such as surveys, data analysis, and special projects as assigned by the CMO/VP.
8+ years of experience in marketing operations, ideally within a B2B or global environment.
Proven ability to turn data into insights and shape strategy through performance analysis.
Skilled in marketing planning, budgeting, procurement, and process optimization.
Experience with marketing tech platforms like Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, Tableau.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage complexity and coordinate multiple stakeholders and systems.
A strategic thinker who enjoys solving operational challenges and driving clarity and simplicity.
Demonstrated ability to roll out tools, processes, and reporting structures that scale.
Experience with agile marketing methodologies.
Background in global marketing operations with region-specific alignment of KPIs.
Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM).
Understanding of organizational design and process optimization for operational efficiency.
