We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to assist with Marketing Operations functions. You will learn and work with our major marketing technologies like SalesForce and Marketo while assisting with the health and data integrity of these systems. You will collaborate with the marketing team on campaign creation and execution through reporting and campaign performance. You must have a curious mind, willingness to learn and excellent attention to detail.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day management of our marketing operations foundation, as well as across other core marketing technologies.
  • Assist the marketing team with campaign builds for all user segments and channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on email campaigns for deployment and driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Assist with marketing database, including maintaining clean lists, standardizing segment groups, and working with internal teams on audience lists to build targeted outreach.
  • Create and maintain marketing operations documentation and processes.
  • Monitor database health and collaborate with internal teams on data quality initiatives.
  • Support management of contacts database to ensure good data hygiene and privacy data compliance.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, and identifies areas for testing and improvement.

Qualifications

  • Must have experience working with a high sense of urgency, preferably in a fast-paced work environment. 
  • Must have strong attention to detail. 
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Computer Skills: Experience with databases and Marketing Automation Platform preferred. SalesForce and Marketo
  • Advanced Excel skills including formulas, v-lookup, conditional formats, pivot tables, etc.
  • Works well with a team
  • Organized and self-motivated
  • Excellent time management

Travel Requirements:

  • Up to 10% travel required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sedentary work
  • Substantial movement of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers for a minimum of 8 hours a day
  • Required to have close visual acuity to view computer terminal and/or extensive reading for a minimum of 8 hours a day
