Marketing Operations Specialist

The Team:
The Marketing Strategy & Operations team is part of global demand generation org, and works in close partnership with cross functional teams including the broader go-to-market organization, marketing and sales organizations. As the engine and oil of our marketing machine, driving efficiency, optimization and smooth operations.

The Position:
The Marketing Operations Specialist working closely with the Snr Marketing Operations Manager, will be a highly motivated and detail oriented individual, focused on budget governance and end-to-end production management, to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of our marketing strategies.

The Work You’ll Do:

  • End-to-End Production: Assist in maintaining and evolving frameworks, processes, tools and enablement with the production teams to ensure seamless production of our marketing activities.
  • Budget Governance: Contribute to the development and maintenance of budget management tools. Assist in monitoring and controlling the marketing budget to ensure accurate forecasting in close co-operation with budget owners and the finance department.
  • Capacity Planning: Support in managing team resources effectively, by identifying capacity constraints in our production process.
  • Process Optimization and Description: Assist in the implementation of new processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Create and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication. Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to gather and interpret data.
  • Clear communication skills, pro-actively working with stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
