Marketing Operations Specialist - APJMEA

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team to support the APJMEA region. As a key member of the marketing operations team, you will play a crucial role in data processing and accuracy ensuring the effectiveness of our lead management processes.

CRM Data Cleaning & Enrichment:

  • Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account data within the CRM system.
  • Identify and rectify duplicate records, incomplete information, and data inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Enhance existing customer profiles by adding relevant information, add accounts and contacts as needed.
  • Research and gather additional data (such as company size, industry, job titles) to enrich customer records.
  • Leverage external data sources and tools provided to supplement CRM data

Lead Management:

  • Manage the entire lead lifecycle, from acquisition to conversion.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and route them to the appropriate business development or sales representatives.
  • Monitor lead progress, track interactions, and check lead status in the CRM system.
  • Build relationship with all stakeholders to ensure and ensure prompt lead follow up

Reporting:

  • Generate and provide weekly reports on lead progression.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and communicate insights derived from the reports.
  • Support the sales and marketing teams through keen insights into exception reporting.
  • Work with third party products to gather account intent and provide regular reports to  business development or sales representatives

Lead Upload through Marketo:

  • Upload and manage leads obtained from various sources (events, 3rd party vendors etc.) into Marketo.
  • Ensure data accuracy during lead import and maintain data hygiene and GDPR compliance
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, sales operations, business administration, or equivalent job-related experience.
  • 3+ years of proven software marketing or project management experience in a high-tech environment    
  • Experience in sales operations or sales support is highly beneficial
  • Advanced Excel skills for reporting, querying and analysing
  • Experience using a CRM or contact management application
  • Need to possess critical thinking and analytical skills and an exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to continually reset priorities and be flexible to rapidly changing market demands/conditions
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated, and passionate about data
  • Proficient in using marketing automation tools like Marketo.
