Role Description: Marketing Operations Manager
Role Purpose:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations and Project Management, the Marketing Operations Manager will play a critical role in helping to support and execute marketing and growth strategies that drive customer and partner acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work cross-functionally to help manage campaign operations/project management and marketing automation systems and be responsible for managing the marketing technology stack. Your expertise will ensure effective budget support and procurement requirements, efficient process implementation, impactful operations and project management, and alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.
With the Marketing team, you’ll support day-to-day campaign operations. You will be responsible for organizing, analyzing, and interpreting information in our systems to ensure data driven decisions are made that support the health of the business. This role requires a highly analytical individual with stellar critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities:
- Work with the Director of Marketing Operations and Project Management to create a strategic marketing strategy and map out tasks to implement said plan.
- Help to support campaign efforts and campaign budgets, ensuring that all team members adhere to them.
- Own and operationalize marketing resource access to help the broader team work as efficiently as possible.
- Support those on the Marketing team with managing marketing technology platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and other relevant tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, business development, engineering, product management, and finance, to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
- Help to optimize marketing processes and workflows to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support marketing campaign operations, including campaign planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
- Partner with GTM teams to ensure the marketing department can correctly report on the demand funnel, program ROl and pipeline performance.
- Monitor marketing KPIs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Support and own the marketing procurement process for the marketing team members, working cross-functionally with the Business Enablement team to standardize required processes, and sufficient purchasing needs.
- Collect and interpret data about all marketing efforts, analyzing and providing back to the team information and insights that will allow for strategic decision making.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of marketing operations experience.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities with the ability to collaborate
- effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Salesforce required – reporting and dashboard creation included.
- Experience with general reporting skills a must.
- Understanding of HubSpot and Tableau a plus.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.
- Solid understanding of marketing automation, CM, analytics, and other relevant
- marketing technology platforms.
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
