What you will do:
As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across different regions, ensuring effective use of resources. You will act as a liaison between creative, social, and operations teams, developing processes to streamline workflows, resulting in faster campaign rollouts and better project management. You will also collaborate with international marketing teams to adapt campaigns to local contexts, utilize marketing analytics for planning, and manage marketing tools and technologies to enhance productivity.
How you will grab our attention:
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, especially with limited resources.
Cross-Department Coordination: Experience managing requests across growth, internal communications, and new product launches.
Strategic Planning: Understanding the needs of different countries and marketing teams to allocate resources effectively.
Process Optimization: Ability to coordinate and streamline project workflows across creative, social, and operations teams.
Technology & Tools Management: Familiarity with managing marketing technology stacks, including CRM, automation tools, and analytics platforms, and identifying new tools to enhance productivity.
Collaboration & Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on cross-functional teamwork and alignment across domestic and international teams.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing campaign data, metrics, and performance to optimize processes and drive better ROI.
