We are seeking a discerning, analytical, independent, and thoughtful Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting data and leveraging it to support, analyze, optimize and report on marketing and pipeline efforts and effectiveness. Your keen analytical skills will be crucial in identifying trends, optimizing processes, providing actionable insights to drive our marketing plan, and support goal setting and measurement in conjunction with Mark43’s business strategy and objectives. On an average day, you might build a dashboard in salesforce to measure pipeline attainment, integrate marketing tech to collect and correlate data, dig in to open opportunities to understand why some are stuck in a particular sales stage, develop custom reports for our executive team, analyze the impact of a website redesign or collaborate with your marketing colleagues to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness.
