About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join the Revenue Marketing Operations team to help streamline marketing processes/tools and support the execution of marketing strategies. This role will be a part of the MarTech & Database Governance team and will report directly to the Manager of Marketing Operations.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working with different platforms to integrate, configure, monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot systems that support marketing initiatives. If you are looking to level up on your MarTech experience, this position is for you!
In this role, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with managing the marketing tech stack to ensure system performance and workflows are actively functioning
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting on marketing tools for maximum efficiency as well as research and/or recommend new products/features
- Monitor lead scoring, lead status, lead routing and lead inactivity as well as build reports or dynamic lists to monitor data quality
- Pull monthly and quarterly reports on leads and accounts (ex. Account Engagement Stage, target accounts, etc.)
- Provide technical documentation on marketing operations processes and training field marketing team if needed
- Work closely with the Campaign Operations team to help support their execution process within Jeto and Asana
Professional Skills:
- 2-3 years experience working in marketing operations or a similar role preferred
- Proficiency with marketing technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Jeto, Drift etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and optimization mindset
- Understanding of GDPR and data privacy laws
- Willing to learn new skills and use feedback for continual improvement
- Attention to detail for testing and Q/A
- Exceptional project management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-sufficient, proactive and a team player
- Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience in the software or technology industry
