Who You Are
We are continuously shaping this business and we are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager, who is willing to contribute and assist in building it with us. Your primary duty will involve supervising and enhancing our marketing operations, with a key emphasis on effectively utilizing the functionalities of HubSpot and overseeing prosperous BDR campaigns. This position requires a combination of strategic planning, technical proficiency, and practical implementation to propel successful marketing initiatives and help increase conversions. You will report directly to the Head of Design & Marketing Operations.
This is a hybrid role with three days per week in our Berlin and Hamburg offices. Outside these cities, the position can be filled remotely within Germany.
What You Will Do
Own HubSpot for seamless lead generation, tracking, analytics, and data integrity, ensuring accurate data capture and rectifying inconsistencies or inaccuracies
Collaborate with Sales Operations and cross-functional teams, including marketing, data, and business development representatives (BDR), to align workflows, and goals, and execute marketing initiatives
Create, manage, and automate workflows, lists, segmentation, email marketing, lead nurturing, and scoring with HupSpot to increase efficiency and personalize communication
Regularly monitor and analyze key performance metrics, campaign performance, lead progression, and revenue attribution
Identify opportunities for improvement and optimize campaign effectiveness in collaboration with sales and marketing teams
Create dashboards and generate regular reports on marketing performance, BDR, marketing-led campaign effectiveness, and lead quality, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive marketing strategy
Manage and execute API integration of systems between Hubspot and other platforms
Utilize HubSpot's automation features to personalize communication and improve lead engagement, email marketing, lead nurturing, and scoring
Implement and audit all tracking mechanisms to ensure data accuracy across web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tag Manager, and UTM
Train and mentor team members on HubSpot and marketing automation best practices
