We are in search of a Marketing Operations Manager to join the Brand & Audience Expansion team and support the operational execution of critical missions.
As Marketing Operations Manager, you will manage and collaborate with cross-functional peers on the Brand and Audience Expansion team to plan, produce, coordinate, and track the results of brand and marketing campaigns on a mission to inspire and empower more entrepreneurs. You will also be responsible for creating the tools and processes that help our leadership make decisions and better understand how our team is tracking against our goals.

You are a self-starter that enjoys navigating ambiguity through experimentation and iteration and who knows how to solve problems that are not well defined.
You’ll get to do things like:
- Ensure teams have a strong operating systems and rituals to enable information flow, improved decision making/ execution, alignment, accountability and feedback
- Own key tasks and process that keep our critical brand programs organized and on-track, always aiming to find the right tool for the job
- Develop a deep understanding of how teams work and what’s in their way, to solve bottlenecks, streamline communication, and help us focus and move faster
- Executing internal/special operational projects, to improve the team experience, drive operational improvements, and best practices across the team
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to improve efficiency, effectiveness and escalate areas of opportunities/risks
- Curious and resourceful - creative problem-solving skills and a “get stuff done” attitude
- Experience with business operations, marketing operations, go-to-market or project management
- Ability to be proactive and relentless: capable of seeking information independently, solving conceptual problems, and corralling resources and delivering results
- Great cross-functional team player, always ready to roll up your sleeves and work in the details
- Strong communication skills, including presentations, and facilitation
- Strong analytical skills; Proficient with Excel/GoogleSheets
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Bonus points if you have the following
- Retail or Partnership management experience, including vendor and contracts management
- Strong understanding of supporting teams through procurements and creative processes including experience planning, managing, and executing projects related to marketing campaigns (digital, experiential, external partners etc)
- The ability to embrace uncertainty and run with risks
