Marketing Operations Lead

Fortra is looking for a Marketing Operations Lead to support our demand generation tools, processes, and reporting.  This individual will be responsible for executing on strategic initiatives through campaign, audience, and bot building, processes optimization, and reporting. The Marketing Operations Lead will play a critical role in supporting the marketing team with their demand generation efforts and our overall company growth goals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Create intent alerts and build segments in our account-based marketing, paid advertising, and chat tools.
  • Build out and update chat bots and report on performance.
  • Assist with marketing list creation.
  • Track monthly paid advertising spend.
  • Manage access and permissions in demand generation tools.
  • Assist with LinkedIn campaign audience builds, campaign setups, and reporting.
  • Continuously review and optimize marketing processes to ensure they’re efficient, repeatable, and scalable to support our continued company growth.
  • Stay up to date on marketing operations best practices, trends, and processes, and coordinate knowledge share trainings with the marketing and sales teams.
  • Work with the marketing operations, sales operations, and business systems teams to help field and troubleshoot system issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in B2B software and cybersecurity preferred.
  • Three to five years of digital marketing experience that includes familiarity with web platforms, marketing automation platforms, account-based marketing platforms, peer review sites, customer advocacy, and in-depth analytics.
  • Strong time management skills and manages multiple priorities within tight time constraints.
  • Uber collaborative with sales, pre-sales, marketing, and project management.
  • Do-what-it-takes mindset to execute against strategy and always help sales.
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and eager to have an impact on a rapidly growing organization.
