Your Adventures Ahead

  • This role will be supporting SG marketing Ops team
  • Manage and maintain the assets on various platforms on ShopBack including the app and web
  • Coordinate the scheduling of assets onsite and ensure adequate exposure for deals secured by the Business Development team.
  • Collaborate with the campaigns team, the graphic design team and other relevant team for the cross functional efforts to launch marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate and drive process improvements within the marketing operations team

  • Gain hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and platforms.
  • Participate in meetings and projects that involve multiple departments, gaining insight into how different functions collaborate within a business.
  • Learn how to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, developing strong organizational and time management skills.
  • This role provides an opportunity to gain meaningful experience in the Marketing and Operations field

Essentials to Succeed

  • Team Player with effective and communication skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability. Logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfortable with numbers, and the ability to untangle complex issues.
  • Strong Passion, ability to adapt, learn, and cope in a fast-paced working environment
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
