How would you go supporting growth and improvements for the customer experience in an impactful, ever-changing environment? Could we be for you?

Joining our global Growth Operations team means diving into the heart of campaign execution within HubSpot. As a Marketing Operations Specialist, your expertise will be vital in crafting and executing campaigns that deliver exceptional results. Collaborating closely with senior operations, sales, and marketing leaders, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue-generating initiatives, ensuring seamless customer interactions, and ultimately, making a tangible impact on our bottom line.

Under the guidance of our Revenue Operations Manager, you'll spearhead the development and management of an integrated campaign calendar, orchestrate campaign requests with precision, and continuously optimize campaign performance to exceed expectations. Additionally, you'll contribute to managing segmentation and list building for campaigns, ensuring targeted and effective outreach strategies that resonate with our audience.

Here’s how you’ll do that:

  • Align with Sales and Marketing to ensure success with lead follow-up and campaign goals
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement on training for new revenue generating campaigns
  • Measure, and monitor record funnel, and help with post-campaign reporting as needed
  • Work with Marketing to coordinate campaign requests across different marketing functions
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within HubSpot, ensuring accuracy
  • Troubleshooting of campaigns, email deliverability, lead flow and lead scoring

This is what you’ll need to do it:

  • Proven experience planning, executing, and analyzing direct marketing campaigns, ideally with a tech SaaS company
  • You are passionate about processes, automation and information systems
  • Experienced with campaign setup, audience segmentation, email deployment, HTML editing, delivery monitoring and reporting
  • Knowledge of landing page and email marketing best practices is required
  • You have a growth mindset, with proven project management and prioritization skills
