Marketing Operations - Freelancer

• Stay on marketing trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.
• Ensuring seamless day-to-day operations to maintain uninterrupted workflow and optimize efficiency on ongoing projects.
• Maintain open lines of communication with external vendors to relay necessary information and ensure smooth collaboration.
• Proactively managing contract lifecycles, from negotiation to signature, to ensure timely execution and adherence to deadlines.
• Conduct regular testing from a user POV to ensure seamless playback across various devices and screen sizes.
• Serve as a point of contact for escalated user support issues related to content playback, account management, and billing inquiries.
• Collaborate with customer support teams to address user feedback and resolve their issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or any related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Experience with SVOD or digital media is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
