Your Team & Role The Marketing Operations Expert will play a critical role in driving efficiency and effectiveness within our marketing operations. This hands-on role requires deep expertise with HubSpot and will involve collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and data teams to optimize and manage our marketing systems and processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about refining operational strategies to enhance customer engagement and lead generation Your day to day
  • HubSpot Platform Management
  • Oversee all aspects of HubSpot, ensuring seamless functionality and integration across the marketing, sales, and customer service departments. 
  • Manage workflows, automations, planning campaign cadences and ABM strategies to streamline marketing efforts and improve lead generation processes.

  • Marketing Operations Optimization
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize systems, processes, and data flow across HubSpot and other marketing tools. 
  • Enhance lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing to improve campaign performance and customer journey.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as the liaison between marketing, sales, and data teams to support shared objectives and optimize the full customer journey. 
  • Facilitate the setup of integrations with other marketing systems and ensure data accuracy across platforms.

  • Campaign Analysis & Reporting
  • Build and maintain dashboards, monitor KPIs, and analyze campaign data to deliver actionable insights. 
  • Regularly assess campaign and funnel performance to inform future strategy and execution.
  • Ensure that lead origination, influence and primary campaign attribution is managed accurately.

  • Process Documentation & Training
  • Document processes and workflows within HubSpot and provide training for team members on best practices to ensure smooth operations and alignment across the department.
  • What you bring
  • Hands-On HubSpot Expertise
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, specifically within the Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CRM management. 
  • Proven track record of building workflows, automations, and reporting within HubSpot.

  • Technical Skills
  • Proficient in creating and managing complex workflows, managing integrations, and configuring lead scoring in HubSpot and related marketing systems. 
  • Familiarity with additional systems like Salesforce is a plus.

  • Analytical & Data-Driven
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, extract insights, and optimize strategies.
  • Experience with setting up and interpreting HubSpot reports and dashboards.

  • Communication Skills
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and provide training to team members.

  • Your education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred or equivalent experience.
  • HubSpot Academy certifications (Inbound Marketing, Marketing Software, Email Marketing) or similar certifications are a plus.
