About the role
This role is focused on the day-to-day operations of managing the marketing and commercial calendar on the app. You will work closely with the commercial team to ensure all promotions and discounts are correctly configured and applied, supporting the business in driving growth through effective operational execution. The role is highly collaborative, requiring attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. What you'll do
- Manage the configuration and execution of restaurant discounts and promo codes on the app, ensuring accuracy and alignment with commercial goals.
- Collaborate daily with the commercial team to ensure promotions are properly applied to all relevant restaurant partners.
- Raise tickets and coordinate with internal support teams to troubleshoot any technical issues related to promo code application or discount setup.
- Monitor promo code performance and discount configurations to ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide regular updates on promo performance to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
- Work cross-functionally to maintain and update discounts in real time, responding to any changes or adjustments from the commercial team.
What you'll need
- 2+ years in a marketing or operations role, preferably in tech or startup environments.
- Strong organizational and operational skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with configuring and managing discounts, promo codes, or similar operational tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with different stakeholders across the org and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and make data-driven recommendations.
- A BS degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, or Operations is preferred.
