As a member of the marketing operations team, the Marketing Operations Campaigns Manager is primarily responsible for the data to day execution, monitoring and optimization of complex, multi-channel campaigns. You will partner with the broader marketing organization, to develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns designed to drive awareness, lead generation, engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Managing email campaigns from production to analytics, through testing and deployment.
Recommending the best course of action to reach the campaign goals.
- Working closely with the Demand, Growth, Product etc. teams to define optimal email/nurture programs to increase awareness, demand generation and customer retention.
- Providing visibility and insights on results and recommending improvements to increase open rates, click rates, constantly improving deliverability and reducing opt outs.
- Establishing and continuously improving processes to ensure the overall team's effectiveness.
Staying informed of industry best practices.
- Monitor the success of marketing campaigns through Salesforce, Marketo and analytics platforms to ensure that key performance indicators are met
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of SaaS or B2B marketing experience
- Marketo certification is preferred
- Working knowledge of Salesforce with ability to execute reports
- Problem solver with the ability to make recommendations in a structured, professional manner to business stakeholders from varied functions and at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated success collaborating across a global organization, and partnering with people who are experts in their fields
- Strong project management and timeline management skills
- Ownership mindset and ability to work independently
- Results-driven and self-starter
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Flexibility & ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

The base pay range for this position is $115,000 to $130,000. This range is not a guarantee of actual compensation that may be earned nor a promise of any specific pay for any specific employee, which is always dependent on relevant experience, education, skills, location, and other applicable factors.
