It unifies the data, analytics, technology consulting, and technology expertise across the GroupM network in a dedicated unit that enhances data and analytics services and deploy best-in-class media planning, activation, and measurement tool and methodologies.
We are looking for a talented and passionate Marketing Mix Model Consultant to join our team. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) models for a diverse portfolio of WPP clients. You will work closely with our agency teams and directly with clients, providing key insights to optimize marketing strategies and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- MMM Model Development and Implementation:
- Design and build robust and accurate MMM models using sales data, marketing data, and external factors.
- Manage the entire MMM project lifecycle, from data collection to results presentation.
- Utilize advanced statistical software and techniques for data analysis.
- Analysis and Interpretation of Results:
- Analyze MMM model results to identify business performance drivers and optimization opportunities.
- Translate complex findings into clear and actionable insights for clients.

Provide data-driven strategic recommendations to improve marketing campaign effectiveness
- Collaboration with Agency Teams and Clients:
- Collaborate with account, strategic planning, and media teams within GroupM agencies to define MMM project objectives.
- Present results and recommendations to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.

Provide support and training to agency teams on the use of MMM models.
- Research and Development:
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and methodologies in the field of Marketing Mix Modeling.
- Contribute to the development of new techniques and approaches to improve the effectiveness of MMM models.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least 2 years) in developing and implementing Marketing Mix Modeling models or analyzing business and media data.
- Familiarity with statistical software such as R, Python, SAS, SPSS, or similar is considered a plus.
- Solid knowledge of statistical modeling techniques, regression, time series analysis, and machine learning.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong client and results orientation.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
