To effectively implement and manage the day to day operation of brand strategies across various media channels, ensuring consistent and impactful brand communication. The Brand Media Associate will work closely with agencies, the content team, and the strategy team to deliver compelling brand experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth.
What You’ll do?
- Manage day-to-day relationships with external agencies, ensuring they deliver work that meets the brand’s standards and objectives.
- Identify and contact new agencies that could add value to the brand’s strategy.
- Oversee the execution of media campaigns across various channels, including OOH, TV, Radio, Influencers, and PR.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the brand’s quality standards.
- Write and edit content for the company’s blog, B2B materials, press releases, and other brand communications.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and messaging.
- Work closely with the content and strategy teams to ensure that all brand activities are aligned with the overall brand strategy.
- Participate in regular meetings to update the Brand Coordinator on the progress of ongoing projects.
- Track and report on the performance of media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing agency, marketing or a similar role.
- Knowledge of best practices, brand management, and media strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with personnel and members of the media.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset, consistently taking the initiative to ensure the success of all assigned objectives. This includes regularly monitoring the implementation of media campaigns across all channels.
- Fluent in English
- Growth mindset.
- Excellent knowledge of public relations best practices, brand management, and media strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- This position needs to be based on Mexico City
- Previous experience in a media agency is a plus.
