Key responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Plan, execute and track marketing projects such as content marketing, email marketing and social media marketing

• Develop and initiate marketing and promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape

• Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies and efforts

• Monitor market trends and actively engage with social communities to enhance brand presence and manage sentiment

• Ensure all marketing materials are of high quality and delivered on time across various digital channels

• Maintain relationships with external vendors, partners, and media agencies

• Develop tracking and monitoring systems to ensure KPIs are met, analyzing data to inform future strategies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry

• Strong understanding of various marketing platforms, channels, SEO, CRM software and best practices

• Proven experience in managing successful marketing campaigns and projects across different media

• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate metrics and create insightful reports

• Strong creativity and the ability to think outside the box for marketing initiatives

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and strategies
