We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial attitude who'll be the first marketer at Xeno.
Our ideal candidate is a passionate experienced B2B product marketing leader with proven success creating and executing successful global marketing programs. This position will report directly to the founder and be based in Delhi, India.

Key Responsibilities
- Product messaging and positioning – Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates Xeno in the market
- Demand generation – Develop the strategy for and manage the marketing programs that drive awareness and organic demand
- Sales enablement – Communicate the value proposition and provide high-value sales tools, training, and collateral
- Market, customer, and competitive analysis - Be the expert on the customer, the industry trends, and the players in the market. Understand how the product is used by our customers
- Content development – Conceptualize and create unique product and solution content for a variety of platforms
- Evangelism – Serve as a company spokesperson and go-to thought leader for Xeno
- Product releases – Assist with the product roadmap, plan and lead go-to-market activities and create strategies for feature discovery
Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any domain (drop-outs are cool as well!)
- Location: Delhi NCR
- Joining Date: ASAP :)
- Traits: Extremely motivated, entrepreneurial, social, energetic, persuasive, humble, patient, analytical and hard-working with great communication skills; Good written & spoken English. Most important - willing to go that extra mile to get the work done.
- Excellent English presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail
- Metric driven, comfortable in working with data to draw and share insights with stakeholders
- Past experience in B2B software marketing is preferred
